Gary Payton Joins Team Swoosh

After being selected the #2 overall pick in the 1990 draft, Oakland native Gary Payton signed with Nike Basketball. The GSM negotiated deal launched several signature shoes, including the popular zip up Nike Zoom Flight 98 (aka the Nike Zoom Air Glove).
